When attempting to embroider onto mass-produced bags, individual pockets may end up being embroidered, rendering them unusable. However, our products are made to order.

Repair Services
In the case of defects in stitching or structural issues identified in our products, we offer complimentary repairs.
However, damages resulting from misuse, improper handling, surface-level damage (such as scratches, stains, fading in leather products), as well as damages or losses to the contents of the bag and associated costs, are not covered by our warranty.
For customer-initiated repairs, we will handle them on a fee basis unless the materials have worn out due to natural aging and have reached their limits.

Maintenance
Given the extensive use of leather in golf bags, we kindly request careful handling regarding exposure to moisture.
It is recommended not to use the bag in rainy conditions. If the bag gets wet, gently towel-dry to remove moisture and allow it to air-dry naturally in a dark place.
